Isabella Rose. - bath somerset newborn portrait photographer

The day after the pregnant polaroid selfportrait was taken, our daughter Isabella Rose was born. She was three days early which was good as her due date was on my birthday. Now we both have our own birthdays. :)

Sadly the birth was a lot more dramatic than anticipated as Isabella had been breech (for many weeks) and no one had noticed until well into the labour. So we ended up with a very rushed emergency caesarian section. Luckily we are all well and healthy with no complications and Isabella thrives beautifully! She looks alot like her Daddy, has my smile (I think), very strong legs she loves kicking about with and is in love with a toy donkey that is made from socks.

So here are a few shots I took over the last weeks. The necklace was a late birthday gift. You can get them here.
